You can pick up your order at our farm located at 109-125 Ferrers Road, Horsley Park. Delivery within the Sydney Metro area is available for $34.95; for other locations, please email us to inquire about delivery options. Kindly place your order 2-3 days in advance of your event.

What shipping options are available?

Flowers offers express delivery services through our contracted couriers. Your floral arrangements will be shipped using courier services, which may or may not require a signature upon delivery. We will select the best courier options to ensure optimal delivery for your order. Rest assured, your delivery will be convenient and door-to-door.

If after you have placed an order, you can check on its status at any time. When your order has shipped, you will received a shipment confirmation invoice in your email that will contain your tracking information.

How do I exchange, refund or withdraw an order?​

For all Syndey Metro order:

 

If your order was placed on Monday or Tuesday it will be arrived on Wednesday.

If your order was placed on Wednesday or Thursday it will be arrived on Friday.

If your order was placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday it will be arrived on Monday.

 

All other areas please place an order at least 3 working days prior to an event.

What are the quality & freshness of your flowers & Foliage?

Our flowers & foliage are guaranteed to be on top of the range in terms of freshness and 'A' grade quality. If you are not fully satisfied with any of our flowers & foliage we are happy to refund your money with no question asked.

Sydney Flowers Express is dedicated to providing quality premium flowers to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of our flowers. You need to return those flowers within 3 working days and shipping cost will be paid by custromer (OR after receipt of flowers, let us know within seven working days). If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.
